It’s not just about sweets — it’s about opening the home, setting a generous table, and welcoming people with warmth and intention.
For this special evening, I’m bringing Mimouna from my home kitchen into the beautiful space of Café Alma —
sharing the flavors, the textures, the recipes, and the spirit exactly as I know them.
All of the Moroccan food and traditional sweets are prepared by me, by hand —
based on family traditions passed down through taste, memory, and practice.
No shortcuts. No adaptations. Just honest, authentic food made to be shared.
This intimate adults-only gathering will take place in the welcoming atmosphere of Café Alma —
with conversation, music, and a full alcohol bar available for purchase.
