Ifat is a highly qualified pastry professional with diplomas from two prestigious pastry schools. She graduated with distinction from the Higher Culinary School Hans Bertele in Tel Aviv, Israel (Gaya Bertela Patisserie Academi) and regularly returns to Israel for further training. In addition to her pastry education, she has gained valuable teaching experience and is a sought-after consultant in the confectionery industry.
