Mimouna is a celebration I grew up with. It’s not just about sweets  it’s about opening the home, setting a generous table, and welcoming people with warmth and intention. For this special evening, I’m bringing Mimouna from my kitchen into the beautiful space of Café Alma sharing the flavors, the textures, the recipes, and the spirit exactly as I know them. All of the Moroccan food and traditional sweets are prepared based on family traditions passed down through taste and memory.
